symptoms of biotin deficiency that you can to know are thinning of the hair, a
red scaly rash, depression, exhaustion, hallucination, and tingling of the arms
and legs. You may fill your biotin naturally with your food, it is better than
you consume biotin supplements.
Brittle nails is a
normal condition as consequently of the aging process. You only need biotin
for nails, but try to avoid the biotin supplements because it is not good
enough for your health nails. If you have brittle nails, you would better to
consult it with your doctor than self-treating your nails with biotin
supplements.
